A1. Kettle bell swings
A2. Push ups
A3. TRX T’s

B1. Walking Lunges or Valslide lunges
B2. TRX Incline Push ups
B3. TRX Bicep Curl

C1. Plyo push ups
C2. TRX Bicep curl

Everything is 12 reps 4 sets
